1 General Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the abc77 platform and all its services. By opening an account, logging in, or using any service on abc77, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.

Any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the abc77 support team immediately. abc77 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from sharing account credentials with others.

Operating an account on behalf of another person, or buying or selling an account, is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

abc77 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be made through the same methods as deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Legitimacy of Funds

All funds deposited into abc77 must come from legitimate sources. If there is reason to suspect that funds originate from an illegal source, abc77 reserves the right to investigate and suspend the account.

4.4 Chargeback Policy

If a chargeback is claimed against a completed deposit, the associated account will be placed under investigation and all transactions may be reviewed as necessary.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at abc77 can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000; in this case, a wager of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be completed on the bonus amount.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. For the welcome bonus, funds earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus amount has been wagered 25 times.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, providing false information, or attempting to exploit the bonus system through any technical means will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be closed.

5.4 VIP Cashback

abc77's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.7%), and Gold (up to 1.0%). Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week. For example, a Silver member with a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, abc77 reserves the right to void a bet in the case of a technical error or data provider mistake. If voided, the stake will be returned to the user's account.

6.2 Result Determination

In sports betting, results are determined based on the official outcome of the relevant match. For live casino and other games, the result as determined by the relevant game provider is considered final.

6.3 System Interruptions

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue or loss of internet connection, abc77 will make a decision based on the server-side record of the game. If no record exists on the server, the stake will be returned.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abc77 platform:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or gaining an unfair advantage through dishonest means.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to bet or play games.
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus wagering requirements in a systematic manner.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Conducting harmful activities against abc77's systems or network.
• Fraudulent activities against other users on the platform.
• Using abc77 for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

If there is suspicion of involvement in any of the above activities, abc77 will immediately suspend the account and may notify the relevant authorities.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 abc77's Rights

abc77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time without giving reasons. This action is taken in particular in cases of Terms violations, fraud, or security risks.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request to close their account at any time through the abc77 support team. It is also possible to deactivate the account for a set period using the self-exclusion feature as part of responsible gaming.

8.3 Balance After Account Closure

Unless the account is closed due to a Terms violation, any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned through the designated method; however, bonuses not eligible for withdrawal will be cancelled.

9 Limitation of Liability

abc77 will not be held liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet connection issues or technical faults with the user's device.
• Loss caused by issues with third-party game provider software.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Any event beyond abc77's control (force majeure).

In any circumstance, abc77's total liability will not exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit.

10 Dispute Resolution
