Limits and Controls
abc77 believes in responsible play. Read the responsible gaming guidelines to keep yourself protected and set limits if needed.
To take a cooling-off period at abc77, contact the support team via live chat. You can take a temporary break for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time you will not be able to log in to your account or place bets. The break cannot be cancelled before it expires. Use this feature if you are feeling stressed or are playing more than you intended.
abc77 always encourages safe and responsible play. If you feel you are playing too much, talk to a trusted family member or friend. You can also contact international support organisations such as Gamblers Anonymous or a local mental health helpline. The abc77 support team can also help you set account limits or self-exclusion.
Yes, at abc77 you can request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. To use this feature, contact the support team via live chat or email. Once a limit is set, it generally takes 24 hours to come into effect, though requests to lower a limit apply immediately — requests to raise a limit take effect later.
Keep these warning signs in mind: spending more than your budget, repeatedly playing to recover losses, neglecting family or work, and feeling unable to stop playing. If you notice these signs, contact abc77 support and consider a cooling-off period or self-exclusion.
You must be at least 21 years old to participate in casino games or sports betting at abc77. Age is verified during registration, and no one under 21 is permitted to create or operate an account. Parents should ensure that minors are not using this platform.
Deposit Questions
abc77 itself does not charge any extra fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply charges according to their own transaction policy. The minimum deposit is ৳500 — amounts below this cannot be deposited. The same rule applies to bank transfers.
Log in to your abc77 account and go to the deposit section. Choose Nagad as your payment method. Follow the instructions provided and send the payment from your Nagad app to the designated number. You can start with a minimum of ৳500. Once the payment is successful, the balance is usually added to your abc77 account within a short time.
To deposit via bKash, log in to your abc77 account and select bKash from the deposit page. Use the merchant number or payment details provided by abc77 to make the payment from your bKash app. Save the transaction ID — it will be useful if you need to show it to support in case of any issue. The minimum amount is ৳500.
Sometimes a balance may take a little time to appear due to network or banking delays. Wait a moment and refresh the page. If the issue persists, contact abc77's 24/7 live chat and provide the transaction date, amount, and transaction ID. The support team will verify and resolve the matter promptly.

Reset your password and update your browser. If the problem continues, contact abc77 support — they will assist you quickly.
Slots Questions
To learn more about different types of slot games, visit the abc77 slots page — it has a list and description of popular games.
Yes, many slot games at abc77 have a demo or free-play mode. In this mode you can try the game with virtual credits — no real money is needed and any winnings are also not real. Demo mode is useful for understanding a game's features and paylines before playing with real money.
Free spins in slot games are generally available in two ways — in-game free spins are triggered when a certain number of scatter or bonus symbols land together; abc77 also occasionally offers promotional free spins. The free spin rules differ for each game — check the paytable or info page before starting a game.
The minimum deposit to play slots at abc77 is ৳500. Each slot game has its own minimum bet amount — some games can be started from as little as ৳1. So with a ৳500 deposit you still have many spins available. Choosing games that suit your budget helps your balance last longer.
If you want to play on a small budget, choose low-volatility slots — these pay out less per win but wins come more frequently. If you are aiming for a large jackpot, high-volatility slots are better, though you will need a somewhat larger balance. Check the RTP for each game — many slots available at abc77 have an RTP of 96% or higher.
Volatility in slots refers to the balance between the frequency and size of wins. Low-volatility slots pay out small amounts often; high-volatility slots pay out large amounts after longer gaps. Medium volatility falls in between. This information is available on abc77's games — choose based on your own patience and budget.
VIP Benefits
For a full description of the abc77 VIP programme, visit the abc77 VIP page.
abc77 VIP members receive weekly cashback, which regular members do not get. VIP members also get dedicated support, special promotional offers, and priority service. VIP tiers are divided into three levels — the level of benefits increases at each tier.
abc77 has three VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback; and Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total wins).
Suppose you are a Silver member at abc77 and your net loss for the week is ৳20,000 (meaning total losses minus total wins leaves a deficit of ৳20,000). The Silver cashback rate is 0.7%. That week you would receive: ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. This is the maximum cashback payable at that tier.
VIP tiers at abc77 are upgraded based on regular play and activity. By continuing to play and keeping your account active, you become eligible to move to the next tier automatically. Your current tier and progress can be seen in the account dashboard or by asking support.
abc77 VIP cashback is calculated at the end of each week. The eligible amount is generally added to the account at the start of the following week. If there are any terms attached to the cashback, check the account section or ask support. If cashback has not been credited, inform the support team — they will verify it promptly.
